    Antenna Business Development Agency has been chosen by Water Corporation to develop an electronic communications database for Water Corporation business partners and key stakeholders.

    The data acquisition and development program will provide a mechanism enabling frequent, cost-effective communications to be undertaken on a wide array of formats. Further the communications platform will provide Water Corporation to maintain accurate and up-to date information regarding business partner and stakeholder details.

  • Antenna chosen to manage merger support.

  • Antenna has been engaged by long-term client StateWest Credit Society to support the internal customer service centre and manage in-bound and out-bound communications relating to the proposed Home Building Society merger.

    A major project for Antenna, the program involves the development a contact recording database for StateWest's 65,000 strong member base, plus the undertaking of a number of vital campaigns and customer inquiry logging against the database.

  • Auto Masters have engaged Antenna Business Development Agency to undertake a series of direct contact campaigns to support existing media and drive service bookings approaching summer.
